Kevin has worked with TSV for over 5 years and specializes in all areas of residential roofing. His experience ranges from negotiating with insurance companies during hail catastrophes, full roof replacements, replacing windows and siding, exterior paint and gutters. He manages the project from start to finish while representing the client.

Zach Smith joined TSV in 2018, as a Project Manager and Storm Specialist. He is driven by relationships, and works hard to create and facilitate exceptional experiences for his customers through clear communication, timely job completion, and a quality end-product.
His background is in non-profit work right here in Denver, and most recently in Real Estate, where he served his clients as a licensed Agent for over 3 years. This extensive experience in the home buying and selling process, along with a well rounded knowledge-base of construction and roofing, gives Zach a distinct ability to care for homeowners and walk them through their specific home repair/improvement needs. Whether you simply need a new roof, or you’re dealing with an intricate insurance claim requiring a long list of repairs and replacements, he would be honored to be your point of contact.
When he isn’t hard at work finding folks to help and managing projects, you’ll most likely see him trail-running in the mountains, working out with friends at his local Crossfit gym, hiking with Courtney and his two adventurous kiddos (Wes and Daniella), or exploring Denver's delicious craft beer and food scene with the people he loves.
